Bee Bright Pediatric Therapy provides high-quality, individualized, family-centered speech therapy in Tempe, Ahwatukee, Chandler, and central/uptownPhoenix. We are a mobile provider, offering speech therapy where it’s convenient for you.
OUR APPROACH:
We use a child-led, play-based approach to therapy, incorporating neurodiverse-affirming practices into each therapy session. This approach to treatment builds connection and motivation, which encourages more language and communication opportunities and facilitates carry-over into every aspect into your child’s life.
We believe that as caregivers, you are an integral part of your child’s progress. We encourage you to join therapy sessions and strive to provide consistent collaboration between you and your provider.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH:
We work with children starting at 18 months. Our services include speech therapy targeting late talkers, receptive/expressive language delays, AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, autism, speech sound disorders, and more.
Our Services
Each evaluation includes a complete and thorough assessment of your child’s communication skills. Assessment tools used are chosen based upon caregiver input and your child’s strengths and challenges. Following the evaluation, you will receive a detailed evaluation report outlining your child’s strengths and supports needed, and a treatment plan.
Comprehensive Evaluation: $300
We currently offer 30 and 60 minute therapy sessions, depending upon your child’s unique needs. Our therapy sessions use a child-led, play-based approach, allowing for connection to be at the core of each day. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s sensory needs, interests, and learning styles.
30 minute session: $70
60 minute session: $130

Misty Comeaux, MS, CCC-SLP
Hello there! I’m so glad you’re here. I am the owner of Bee Bright Pediatric Therapy; I have dreamed of having my own private practice for over 15 years! I am an Arizona-state licensed and ASHA-certified speech/language pathologist. I graduated with my masters degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have worked in both the school and clinical settings for 13 years.
I am passionate about treating children with speech and language delays. I have experience working with late talkers, receptive/expressive language delays, articulation/phonological delays, and AAC. I also have extensive experience working Autistic children. I am a Natural Language Acquisition trained clinician.
In my practice, I take a child-led, strengths-based approach to treatment and strive to practice neurodiverse-affirming care in each session. I strongly believe that every child has a voice and deserves to be heard however they choose to communicate. I believe that the first step to successful therapy is to first build trust and connection. I am dedicated to staying up to date with the latest research and techniques in the field of speech/language pathology and regularly attend workshops and conferences to expand my knowledge and skills.
When I am not treating clients, I enjoy spending time with my partner, children, and dogs. I also enjoy reading, spending time in nature, cooking, listening to music, and traveling.
